These terms cover this website and a first conversation with the studio. A signed agreement replaces them for that project.
The studio
AL STACK designs and builds enterprise software, SaaS, and cloud applications for Yemen, the Gulf, and teams that work in Arabic. Write to [email protected].
A project starts in writing
Nothing on this site is an offer to begin work. Scope, price, and timeline are agreed in writing before engineering starts.
Fees and the refund
Fees are those named in the written agreement. If what we deliver is not the quality that agreement describes, we refund the fee for that work in full.
Who owns the work
Until a milestone is paid, AL STACK keeps the intellectual property in that milestone. After payment, you receive the rights the agreement names. We may reuse general methods, not your confidential material. Your name may appear in selected work unless you ask us in writing not to.
What you send us
You confirm that you have the right to share the materials you send, including through the contact form.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading material, or to probe or disrupt it.
Confidentiality
We treat what you tell us about a prospective project as confidential, and we expect the same for our proposals.
The site itself
The site is provided as it stands. A production system is governed by its agreement, not by these terms.
